Family – Lindsey, Gabe (5), Ellie (3), Lucy (1)

Nick grew up in a Christian home and went to church all of his life. However, it wasn’t until he was 13 years old that he realized that he had never placed his full dependence on Christ for salvation.

Lindsey grew up in the home of a pastor. At the age of four, Lindsey realized that she was a sinner and accepted Christ.

The Lord called both Nick and Lindsey to full-time, vocational ministry when they were teens and led them to train for ministry at Ambassador Baptist College. This is where Nick and Lindsey met while serving in an inner city church plant in Charlotte, NC. The Lord began burdening them both for inner city church planting. It was during a sight-seeing tour of Boston in the summer of 2013 that the Lord began to work in Nick’s heart about the city of Boston.

In December of 2013, Nick and Lindsey were married, and in March of 2014, after much prayer and seeking Godly counsel, Nick and Lindsey submitted to God’s call to church plant in the Boston area. In May of 2020, Nick, Lindsey, Gabe, Ellie, and Lucy started Community Baptist Church in Lawrence, MA
